Tonight - the potential close-out road games by the higher seeded Indiana Pacers and the OKC Thunder. Although betting on Indiana games is really the height of sports guessing these days, only a fool would pass on the points in the Thunder/Clippers series.
Indiana Pacers (+4.5) over WASHINGTON WIZARDS: On the road, down 3-1 to the #1 seed - no pressure, the Wiz weren't even supposed to be here. At home with a chance to tie the series and send it back to Indy for Game 7 - that's real and that's where players rise to the occasion or fade in the bright lights. We'll learn a lot about Washington tonight, but we already know that the Pacers show up just enough to cover these sorts of games. We think the series ends tonight, too.
Oklahoma City Thunder (+5) over LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS: That's just too many points for a team prone to scoring a ton of points. Will the series end in L.A.? We doubt it - but there's no way it doesn't go down to the wire again. KD will not shoot that poorly again and the Thunder will hang tough until the end.
Top Confidence Pick: Even after losing by 30 at home, we'll roll with the enigmatic Pacers to roll towards the dangling carrot of the Miami Heat in the conference finals.
